Payment & Insurance Statement
The Physician’s fee is paid at time of service and does not go through insurance. This allows Dr. Caminero to provide you with the care you need without restrictions or interference from insurance companies or concerns about privacy.
All orders, including blood work, biopsies, pathology specimen and imaging are processed through the patient’s insurance. Additionally, procedures performed at a hospital or surgery center, such as a hysterectomy, endometriosis surgery, polyp removal, prolapse etc, are billed through the patient’s insurance by the facility where the procedure is performed.
At the end of your visit, you will receive a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement as an out of network provider. Coverage varies by plan, so please check with your provider.
